We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets the national criteria. The NHS complaints process is also linked below to explain your rights and choices.

We aim to give you the highest possible standard of service and will try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. These are best dealt with at the time they occur, as this allows us to resolve them while they are still ‘niggles’. Please ask for Complaints Manager Sarah Roberts in the first instance.

If a serious situation occurs and a formal complaint is needed, additional information will be required so we can conduct a thorough investigation. In such cases, please use the Complaint Form provided below and return it for the attention of the Complaints Manager.
