If you are a current registered patient of Mayfield Medical Centre and you move from our catchment area but still live within the area bordered (in black) by the A325 / B3014 and Minley Road you can remain registered with us but if in doubt, please do check with us.  You always have a choice to register elsewhere if the area you live in is within another surgeries catchment area/boundary.  The interactive map has been updated for you to check your post code so that if you are:

  1. a new patient (not yet registered at Mayfield Medical Centre) you can register with us if your postcode falls within the red zone
  2. if you are a current registered patient and your post code is in the red zone and you move to a place within the green zone you are able to remain as a registered patient with us
  3. If you are a current registered patient with us and are currently living in the green zone and move to another house in the green zone or outside of the green zone you will need to re-register with another surgery. However if you move from the green zone to the red zone you can remain registered with us

Below is a map of the catchment area (red) and the outer area (green) in case you are not able to open up the link to the interactive map.
